My license code isn't being accepted / I'm receiving an error message

When redeeming the license code, you may receive an error message and the 16-digit code may not redeem.

Check again whether you have entered the 16-digit code correctly and, for example, have not confused "O" (letter) and "0" (number). When in doubt, try both variants.


Also check if you have already received our activation email in your email inbox. Also check your spam folder.
