I cannot log in to my account.

Please first make sure that you follow the steps below to log in.
1) Open the page https://au.somn.io/session/login if you want to use somnio in the internet browser or open the web-program on your mobile device.
2) Click "Log in", not "New account". Please click only once.
3) Then enter the email address you used to register with somnio and your personally set password. Please check whether you have  received an activation e-mail from the somnio app in your e-mail inbox. You can also check your spam folder. Activate your account - you have to click the activation link.
4) Once you have successfully logged in, you can continue your training as usual.
