My activation code for somnio shows as invalid!

If you receive an error message when entering the somnio activation code, please check the following points:

• Open the somnio app again and log in with your e-mail address and the password you have set. Take a look under the "Licenses" tab to see if your license has already been entered there - you can then start sleep training.
• Typing errors: Check whether the activation code contains an "O" like "Oscar" or a zero (0). Sometimes letters or numbers are mixed up - please make sure you enter them in the correct order.
• Activation of your account: Please confirm the activation of your account in the corresponding e-mail.
