You can choose for yourself how often and how fast you want to go through each module.
Please be aware that the new modules only become available after three days or after
adding three sleep journal entries.
On average, working through all the modules takes 6 to 8 weeks. However, you should still
add sleep journal entries and stick to your sleep window even after finishing all the training
modules. You can repeat the follow up module every week to keep track of your progress.
