What does the field "For how long was your sleep interrupted" mean?

For the field "For how long was your sleep interrupted?" Please enter the total time you spent awake at night, without considering the initial time it took to fall asleep and the time you stayed in bed after waking up in the morning, or the time you were ultimately awake.

For example: You went to bed at 23:00 and fell asleep at 23:30. You woke up at 00:00 and fell asleep again at 01:00. At 06:00 you were ultimately awake and got out of bed at 06:15. You only enter the time you spent awake at night into the field "For how long was your sleep interrupted" Thus the period between 00:00 and 01:00, thus one hour. The other times are already registered when adding other sleep data.

If you're using a fitness tracker for registering your time spent awake at night, please be aware that those tracker measure "waking time" differently. Please enter the times you are consciously are of into the corresponding field. Fitnesstracker also registers the time you were awake but not aware of it which can lead to a distortion of your data.
