I am pregnant or I have small children. Should I still stick to bed time restriction?

Pregnancy. When you are pregnant you should sleep as much as possible. If possible for you, you can work throught the training modules and try to implement the mentioned behavior tips as much as possible. However we do not recommend doing the bedtime restriction during pregnancy. 

Children. If possible for you, you can work throught the training modules and try to implement the mentioned behavior tips as much as possible. If you have small children, you will probably have your sleep interrupted on a regular basis. Which is why shortening you sleep window might be too much of a burden. In this case you can just test for some time if bedtime restriction is beneficial for you.
