I work rotating shift and can not stick to my sleep window.
In this case we recommend to keep the length of your sleep window and only adjust the start and
end of your sleep according to your work rhythm. You don't need to adjust this in the sleep
window setting of the program. It's enogh for you to write this down somewhere or, for example
in the personal note section of your sleep journal.
Please also register the actual sleep times in your sleep journal.
